Returns & Exchanges Policy — MDQ Academy Uniforms

Exchange Only – No Returns or Refunds

All MDQ Academy uniforms are specifically made and sold for MDQ Academy students. Because of this, all uniform purchases are exchange only. We do not accept returns or provide refunds.

If you ordered the wrong size, we are happy to offer a size exchange subject to the following conditions:

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.
• Items must have original tags attached, if applicable.
• Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
• Customers are responsible for any applicable shipping costs associated with an exchange.
• Clearance and Final Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Please carefully review the size before placing your order. If you are unsure about the appropriate size, please contact us before ordering.

All sales are final except for eligible size exchanges.
